Thank you to Sophiehearts for nominating me! Here’s a link to her post, so you can find out more about her.
I’m loving reading everyone else’s Liebster Award posts, it’s such a good way to get to know other bloggers. I’m not sure about the ‘official’ rules and, tbh, there are so many different versions of the rules now anyway, so I’m just gonna answer the questions Sophie asked, nominate some people, and ask them some more questions. OK? Ok. Here we go…..
Remember the time I tried to give up dairy? Well, one of the things I struggled with was thinking of yummy things to eat which didn’t contain cow’s milk. If I didn’t plan ahead, I ended up eating dry toast for lunch.
So, I decided to create a Pinterest board (which you can see & follow here) to help me with my meal planning. As well as that, I thought I’d do a little round-up of some of my favourite dairy-free recipes here on the blog.
2 years ago, for Christmas, I asked for a Lumie light because I was having a stupidly hard time getting up in the morning, and I’d heard that they helped. I got a Lumie Bodyclock Starter 30 and, long story short, it has helped me. But that would be a fairly uninformative post, so I’ll tell you a little more, shall I?
Why would dawn simulation help me wake up better?
