A lot of people are kind of concerned about how many calories they should be eating. It’s one of the most-asked questions on the topic of nutrition.
So, I thought I’d fire some answers at ya.

You may wonder why I’m asking you that question. There are two reasons.
One is that I am a huge food nerd and I love to talk about it. The other reason is that, according to the WHO, iron deficiency is the most common deficiency in the world.
Iron deficiency can cause anaemia, which affects around 2 billion people (over 30% of the world’s population!), so it’s definitely worth considering whether or not you get enough iron.
In part 1 of this series (read here), I told you I was reducing my dairy intake because I was hoping it would help clear up my skin. In part 2 (read here), I talked about some of the things I ate during the two weeks, and how I kind of struggled for ideas, and I wasn’t happy that I was getting the right nutrition for me.
